COSMED硬件接口

- A:气体采样管接口
- B:流量传感器信号接口
- C:SD卡
- D:可更换电池
- E:供电接口(可以与电池并存,优先使用此接口供电)
- F:有线串口通信接口(用于连接电脑,每个月需连接一次以激活上位机软件)
- G:氧气传感器,非特殊情况不建议打开该接口(氧传感器需每8个月更换一次)
COSMED主机操作

COSMED的主机端一般只进行开关机和校准操作,其余操作基本都通过上位机进行遥控。
COSMED的校准
COSMED的校准包括三部分:涡轮校准、干燥管校准、标气校准
流量校准
目的:用于校准气流流量(涡轮)传感器。
校准步骤:
- 1 - 将涡轮传感器从面罩上取下,依次连接可伸缩软管、软接头,到三升校准桶上

- 2 - COSMED主机选择 Calibration - Flowmeter

- 3 - 根据提示缓慢的拉动校准桶的活塞,直至完全拉到另一端,然后再缓慢推入,重复8次

- 5 - 取下可伸缩软管、软接头、三升校准桶,并收回原处
干燥管校准
目的:二氧化碳分析仪校零
校准步骤:
- 1 - 将气体采样管的插头从涡轮帽上取下,并插入干燥管内

标气校准
校准氧气与二氧化碳传感器
校准步骤:
- 1 - 将气体采样管插入COSMED的气体校准盒,确保校准盒的输入气路闭合

- 2 - 在气瓶阀门拧紧、气压阀门旋松状态下,先慢慢打开气瓶阀门,再逐渐慢慢旋紧气压阀门至0.4

COSMED数据同步工具 - 实时OCR

- 双击打开实时OCR软件,开始数据测量后,勾选VO2、VCO2、VE,点击开始
- 在线OCR软件需要对COSMED界面的右侧和底部的图像进行检测,避免这些区域被遮挡
dSPACE端UDP通信配置

- COSMED在线OCR软件将呼吸数据通过网线以UDP协议发送给dSPACE
- 其中电脑端IP地址为
192.168.254.1
,dSPACE端IP地址为192.168.254.100
- 每个Packet数据包括八个字节,每两个字节表示一个16位整型,分别为VO2、VCO2、VE、HR
- 由于VE含有一位小数,发送时将VE真实值乘以10再发送,因此接收时需要再乘0.1
